RETURNING & REPLACEMENT & REFUND
At MOST PAINS , customer satisfaction is always our top priority.
Our dedicated QC and QA teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly reference the size chart(s) on the product page.
At MOST PAINS , returning is as easy as 1-2-3! You have nothing to lose! We will refund you if you are not 100% satisfied. So, we've got you covered! Please Contact US within 30 days upon receiving the items to initiate the return process.
How do I make a return?
- EMAIL US
- Contact Us(Email:service@mostpains.com) and describe which item(s) you like to return and the reason for your return. Attach Photograph(s) for quality problems.
2. TAKE SUGGESTIONS
- Professional suggestions will be offered. And our service team will provide you with the detailed instructions.
3. RETURNS THE GOODS
- Put the item(s) in the original packaging and send it through local post office.
4. REFUND OR EXCHANGED
- Once we receive your package, we will immediately process the refund or exchange based on our return conditions.
NOTE: We do not accept returned items that were sent back directly without notifying us first. Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address. Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded.
Returnable Items(Products that have not been washed, used or damaged)
Items that can be returned/refunded or exchanged within 30 days of receiving must follow the criteria as below:
- Faulty items damaged/broken, or soiled upon arrival.
2. Items received in the incorrect size/color.
3. Unwashed, unworn, and unused item(s) that have not met your expectation within 30 days of receiving.
How long do I have before making a return?
You have a max of 30 days to make returns. You must send back and postmark your return packages within 30 days after the purchase date. No returns made after 30 days from the purchase date will be accepted.
Contact our Support Center(Email: service@mostpains.com) as soon as possible if you come across any of the above situations.
If for any reason you decide you no longer want the item. You can report it to us within 30 days of receiving it for a partial refund of the item cost.
How long do I get my refunds?
Refunds will be processed within 7 days after we receive your package. The refund will be issued to your original payment account, as per your request.

- Please be sure to contact our after-sales customer service to get the specific address of the return!
2. All shipping cost are at the customers expense. This includes shipping cost for a return or exchange. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
3. Please contact your local post office to confirm the actual return shipping cost. We recommend you use the cheapest registered airmail method that is available.
4.We will give you the full refund after you sending back the goods.

Non-Returnable Items
We will not accept returns in the following conditions:
1. Items outside the 30 days warranty time-frame.
2. Washed, worn, used, or misused items.
3. Items under the following categories: Sale, Swimwear, Lingerie are not covered by the warranty.
Return Conditions
1. Please Contact Us within 30 days starting from the day you have received your order.
2. The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: underwear, pajamas, swimwear and accessories.
3. Returned items must be in unused condition with the original packaging. We do not accept returned items that's worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way.
4. We do not accept returned items sent back directly without our Return Staff assessment or go signal. Make sure to check returns with our staff first.
5. Once the returned merchandise is received your money will be refunded back to you. MOST PAINS cannot refund, reimburse, cover, or otherwise be responsible for any cost not paid to MOST PAINS . This includes any customs taxes or VAT as well as any return shipping costs you may incur in the refund process. Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment used to purchase the order. Once your refund is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
6. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. Shipping cost for the returned packages are non-refundable.
7. Please be sure to double-check your returns before shipping them out. We are not responsible for the return of on products.
8.If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from Contact Us once you decide to cancel the order. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
